113 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and Sports Betting service operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 113.

A personal account is required to use services on 113. Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.

- Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
- The name, address, and ID number provided during registration must be verifiable.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
- No one under the age of 18 may register an account.
Account Security
- Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Always use a strong password.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users must comply with the following rules while using the 113 platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Prohibited Activities
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any form of deceptive transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
- Collecting other users' information or taking any action against them is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Payments & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 113 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits must be made only from payment methods (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
- Deposits using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
- The minimum deposit amount is listed in the payment section — please confirm before making a deposit.
Withdrawal Policy
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests may take 1–3 business days to process.
- 113 may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
- 113 reserves the right to seize account balances in cases of fraud or policy violations.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

113 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Operating multiple accounts or providing false information.
- If involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities is established.
- If evidence of bonus system abuse or technical manipulation is found.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content on the 113 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 113. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any of it without prior permission. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services

Changes to Terms
113 may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. For significant updates, users will be notified via email or an on-platform notification.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled by a competent court in Bangladesh.
